Default tier is CORE (20 tools: search, trust verdict, clone screen, real V2 transactions, agent jobs, compare, compose, security scan). Set ACP_FIND_TIER=full for all 47 tools including the portfolio composition set. The Claude Code plugin ships FULL by default.

Marketplace hire counts are gameable: mutual-boost farms buy from each other on a loop to mint fake demand. acp-find screens buyer wallets for boost behaviour and reports the organic numbers, so a verdict here means a real third party paid real USDC. Free, no key required.
